We respond to every support request within 60 minutes of your call or message, or the entire service call is at no charge to you.
Call before 3PM and we dispatch a certified technician to your home the same day. If we cannot make it, you pay nothing.
All service and software work is warranted for 30 days. All hardware repairs are warranted for 90 days. If it breaks again we fix it free.
Every technician holds at least one recognized industry certification and has a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.
