We respond to every support request within 60 minutes of your call or message — or the entire service call is at no charge to you. Businesses rely on technology; we respect that urgency.
Call before 3PM and we dispatch a certified technician to your home the same day, anywhere in Johnstown and Cambria County. If we can't make it, you pay nothing.
All consulting and software service work is warranted for 30 days. All hardware repairs — screens, drives, RAM, power jacks — are warranted for 90 days. If it breaks again, we fix it free.
