By contacting us for service, submitting a service request form, or allowing our technicians to perform work on your equipment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all services including computer repair, virus removal, data recovery, network setup, managed IT services, and on-site technical support.
NoBull IT Solutions provides IT consulting, computer repair, and technology support services to residential and business clients in Johnstown, PA and surrounding communities throughout Cambria and Somerset counties.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion and to discontinue a service if conditions make safe or successful completion impossible. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
Before performing any billable work, we will provide you with a clear estimate of the scope and cost. Work will not begin until you provide verbal or written authorization.
First 15 minutes are always free. If we resolve your issue in 15 minutes or less — by phone, remote session, or on-site — there is no charge. No authorization is required for this initial diagnostic period.
If additional issues are discovered during service that require additional work beyond the original estimate, we will notify you and obtain your authorization before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior billing arrangement has been established. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, PayPal, and invoice. Payment terms for invoiced clients are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For parts and hardware ordered on your behalf, a deposit equal to the parts cost may be required before ordering. Parts that have been ordered and received are non-refundable unless defective.
Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee and suspension of service until the balance is resolved.
Warranties are voided by unauthorized modification, physical damage after service, software changes conflicting with our work, or failure to follow security recommendations provided at time of service.
Data Backup: You are responsible for maintaining current backups of all data on any device presented for service. While we take every precaution to protect your data, NoBull IT Solutions is not liable for data loss that occurs during repair, hardware failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Data Recovery: Data recovery success cannot be guaranteed and depends on the physical condition of storage media. If we cannot recover your data, you will not be charged for the recovery attempt.
Our technicians will only access data or applications necessary to perform the requested service. We do not copy, retain, or share your personal or business data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
Devices left at our shop for more than 30 days after completion of service without response to our contact attempts will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed equipment after proper notice.
For scheduled on-site appointments, please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) or no-shows for scheduled house calls may result in a $35 trip fee.
Emergency service requests are accepted at any time and are subject to emergency service rates as listed on our pricing page.
The content on nobull-it.com is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cambria County, Pennsylvania. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action.
